Wanted Shawn Christy reportedly caught on carjacking video in Kentucky

    A dark green 2001 Jeep Cherokee bearing Kentucky license plate 095-WYT was stolen in the in the 900 block of Brockman Keltner road in Greensburg Kentucky. This vehicle has a black hood, “US Postal Service” and “Rural Carrier” magnets on the sides and back, and also has a steering wheel located on the right side. Federal agents are considering Christy a suspect in this theft.

    Officials believe the wanted McAdoo man was caught on surveillance video in Adair County, Kentucky Thursday evening.

    Kentucky State Police say Shawn Christy is accused of stealing a green 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a black hood from the home of Dakota Meyer's brother, Timothy Gilliam.

    Gilliam's door was kicked in and food was stolen from his fridge around 6:30 p.m.

    The suspect shown on video appears to be Christy, who has made threats to Dakota Meyer, as well as President Donald Trump, according to authorities.

    Back on June 19, 2018, authorities issued a federal arrest warrant for Christy.

    He is believed to be armed and dangerous.

    The U.S. Marshals Service continues the manhunt investigation.

    There's a $15,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
