Victim inappropriately touched by utility worker, police investigating
Police are investigating a man who allegedly touched and exposed himself to a woman at her home Thursday morning.
According to authorities, the man works for Grid One Solutions, a subcontractor for PP&L.
The victim told police the man asked to use her bathroom after installing a new electric meter on her home in Springbrook Township around 10:45 a.m.
That's when the suspect reportedly touched the victim inappropriately.
Officials say the victim fled to the bathroom and the suspect followed her, exposing himself.
The suspect has been identified and charges are pending.
