“I think again being from the East Coast, it’s incredibly awesome to come back and I’m also a Nascar fan, so Pocono Raceway, what a cool place to be back and to be able to fly over. We’re excited to interact with the valley and just get to meet everyone, showcase this event, see the super hornet. First were ever going to be in the Poconos, and were bring the F-18 super hornet, so bigger, faster, louder, you know? A lot of America behind it.” said Blue Angel #7, Thomas Zimmerman.
US Navy Lt. Amanda Lee, the first female F-18 demonstration pilot to be a member of the Blue Angels is expected to perform.
