Solicitor of Wyoming Valley West has been asked to resign amidst lunch debt letters

If you've been following this national story, Wyoming Valley West school district threatened to take people's kids away over unpaid lunch bills.

As of today, Wyoming Valley West solicitor Charlie Coslett reported that board president Joe Mazur asked for his resignation. Coslett says he is in the process of putting together his letter of resignation. Coslett was part of the decision to send out a threatening letter about lunch debts that has made waves nationwide.

The school district has since accepted a generous donation from a PA business owner, covering all the outstanding debt, and released an apology letter on their site:
