Scranton man sentenced to 10 years for gas station robberies
A man was sentenced to ten years behind bars Wednesday.
U.S. Attorney David Freed says Durrell Davenport, 27, of Scranton, robbed two gas stations while armed in Scranton last year.
Davenport pleaded guilty to robbing nearly $580 and several packs of cigarettes from EFuel and Sunoco gas station.
According to Freed, Amod Phillips, 28, of Scranton, aided Davenport in one of the robberies and was sentenced to seven years imprisonment.
