UPDATE | Juvenile identified, responsible for Scranton HS social media threat
UPDATE: Investigators say a juvenile was identified and admitted to posting the social media threat.
He will be facing criminal charges.
ORIGINAL STORY: The Scranton school district called for a two hour delay Friday morning for Scranton High School due to a social media threat against the school.
The police have been notified and are investigating. Extra security will be present on campus.
The district said "all threats are taken seriously and we thank you in advance for your cooperation in this manner. More information will be provided, if necessary. Please call the school's main office with any questions."
