Mike Linden's Forecast | Temperatures slowly recover over the next week

The coldest air the season is here, but hey, at least it's sunny outside right?

Most spots rounded out in the low 30s today but the gusty winds made it feel almost half that (if not lower in some spots near the Poconos). The hits keep coming, unfortunately, as this evening will likely be the coldest we've felt in quite a while as NEPA falls into the teens and single digits in some spots. The wind will be lighter but could make for a few sub-zero upper elevation readings. Bundle up...seriously.

Veteran's Day weekend looks better but not exactly much warmer. Saturday will top out in the upper 30s but will feature mostly sunny skies. If you're heading out to any area parades layers are the name of the game...again!

From Sunday through about Thursday temperatures will slowly begin to climb back to normal in the low 50s. We're just going to have to wait a couple of days to get back there.

Stay warm!
