Man arrested for shooting man mowing lawn with pellet gun
PAUPACK TOWNSHIP, WAYNE COUNTY (WOLF) —
A 42-year-old had a brief stand-off with troopers Tuesday morning for allegedly shooting a man with a pellet gun.
State Police say Adam Danischewski, 42, of Lake Ariel, shot a man three times while the victim was mowing his lawn around 8:30 a.m.
Danischewski then threatened to shoot the victim with a handgun before going into his home, according to authorities.
Troopers responded and had a stand-off with the suspect.
Danischewski was arrested shortly afterward and is facing aggravated assault and terroristic threat charges.
His bail is set at $125,000 at the Wayne County Correctional Facility.
