Man accused of stealing from Greater Nanticoke HS arraigned
A 21-year-old from Wilkes-Barre is accused of stealing from the Greater Nanticoke Area High School back in 2016.
Investigators say Enrique Bacilio allegedly broke into the school through a window some time between 11 p.m. on June 22, 2016 and 7 a.m. on June 23, 2016.
He then reportedly stole 57 HP ProBook notebooks totaling more than $33,100.
According to police, Bacilio was accused after his fingerprints were found on broken glass.
Court records show his arrest warrant was issued back in April 2017.
Officials say an unknown person attempted to sell the stolen computers to family members and a pawn shop in Wilkes-Barre.
Bacilio was arraigned Wednesday in Luzerne County.
He is charged with burglary, theft, criminal trespassing, and criminal mischief.
Court documents say he is jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $20,000 bail.
