SCRANTON (WOLF) -- Crowds turned out at a Fraternal Order of Police lodge in Scranton for a benefit to help a sick officer.

According to a GoFundMe page called Chris Hallock Cancer Support, the 33-year-old got sick two months ago, and went to the hospital.

He was diagnosed with an aggressive type of leukemia. The family is trying to raise money so his wife and newborn son can stay in a hotel near the hospital.

Friends and colleagues were among those who attended Saturday night's fundraiser.
