Former Carbon Co. fire company president facing child predator charges
A former fire company president in Carbon County has been charged with unlawful contact with a minor.
Attorney General Josh Shapiro says Keith Cebrosky, 65, of Palmerton, was arrested last week.
Cebrosky allegedly inappropriately touched a 16-year-old volunteer worker telling him to, "wake up."
The 16-year-old boy was previously victimized last year by another fire company volunteer Jordan Beggan, who plead guilty to felony charges in April.
Shapiro says Cebrosky offered the victim cigarette money and cigars in return of the teen performing sexual acts for him on separate occasions.
Cebrosky arranged to pay the teen $1,000 to drop the charges against him. He was arrested at the payoff location.
According to Shapiro, he is also facing sexual assault by a volunteer or employee of a non-profit association, corruption of minors, and other related charges.
Cebrosky is incarcerated in Carbon County Prison with bail set at $500,000 cash.
