The Allegheny County District Attorney's Office denies that new video allegedly shows 17-year-old Antwon Rose firing a gun during a drive-by shooting in Pittsburgh before he was shot by police Tuesday night.

According to KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh, sources reported that surveillance video appears to show Rose was the shooter in a non-fatal shooting a few towns away.

Police were investigating the non-fatal shooting when they pulled over the vehicle Rose was a passenger in. A different cell phone video taken by a witness shows Rose attempting to flee the scene.

KDKA reports police are reviewing cell phone video from the night Rose was killed by Officer Michael Rosfeld.
