Coroner: 23-year-old Mayor had Pulmonary Congestion

Virtual autopsy reveals Wentz had pulmonary congestion

Schuylkill County coroner David Moylan says a virtual autopsy done on Mount Carbon Mayor, Brandon Wentz, revealed pulmonary congestion.

Wentz, who turned 23 years old in September, was pronounced dead Thursday morning.

A traditional autopsy is scheduled for Friday evening.

He graduated from Pottsville Area High School and studied writing at Kutztown University.
