Christy Mirack's family reacts to possibility of the death penalty
Christy Mirack was killed back in 1992, her accused killer was just arrested in June of 2018.
While her family is happy for some justice, her brother Vince says the death penalty would be true justice.
The Lancaster County DA announced his plan to seek the death penalty, even though there is a moratorium in Pennsylvania right now on the death penalty.
Raymond Charles Rowe was arrested after new technology was used to create a profile of Mirack's killer, using DNA collected at the crime scene.
That lead to Rowe, who police believe violently attacked and killed Mirack inside her home.
