2 local men honored by Coast Guard for saving man's life
WILKES-BARRE (WOLF-TV) —
The Coast Guard is honoring two local men who saved someone while out on the water.
Michael Lykon from Trucksville and Richard Snowden from Dallas saved their friend's life.
The three of them were fishing in New York when the man had a heart attack on the boat.
After he collapsed both Lykon and Snowden performed CPR.
When they got back to land, fire fighters took over the rescue.
The man was able to fully recover.
