Victims identified in crash that claimed the lives of three people in Franklin County

According to Pennsylvania State Police three people died in a head on collision Thursday morning in Franklin County.

The accident happened around 10:18 AM when two cars collided head on in the area of 10,000 Lincoln Way West in Saint Thomas Township.

State police say that three people were transported to Chambersburg hospital, including 36-year-old David Todorich, 72-year-old Shirley Strait and an 11-year-old child. According to PSP all three of the victims later died at the hospital.

The fourth victim 66-year-old Mark Strait was transported to Holy Spirit Hospital, there is no word on his condition at this time.

Pennsylvania State Police in Chambersburg are investigating the accident.
