SMITHFIELD TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY (WOLF) -- Investigators say they busted 10 people, including seven johns and a couple acting as a pimp and madam, during a prostitution sting in the Poconos on Wednesday night.

Police say they called a number from Backpage.com, and a couple showed up to a Smithfield Township motel with a sex-trafficking victim from Tennessee, who's since been offered help.

They arrested Malik Edwards, 39, Tobyhanna, and Tarkira Bell, 20, Richmond, Va.

The criminal complaint says Edwards and Bell had picked up the woman in Virginia after she met them through the website Plenty of Fish and told them that she wanted to make some money.

Investigators say they also arrested Rachel Slzasa, 34, East Stroudsburg, on a prostitution charge after she said she wanted to collect $30 for sex, and also stay in the room since she'd been sleeping in her car.

Investigators say they also busted an extra eighth john, David Santos, 40, Tobyhanna, on Thursday morning, who came right to the detectives' offices near the courthouse with cocaine in his car after responding to their ad.

The other seven alleged customers were listed as: Matthew Beers, 30, Saylorsburg; Jesse Day, 30,Milford; David Hubler, 43, Elmhurst Twp.; Aldo Mancilla, 53, Nazareth; Menachem Moscovitz, 34, Las Vegas, N.V.; Branden Russell, 27, Kunkletown; and Dragan Trajanov, 23, Willowbrook, Ill.

Bell and Edwards were charged with involuntary servitude, trafficking of individuals, and promoting prostitution.

The investigation was led by detectives with the Monroe County District Attorney's office.

The woman from Tennessee was turned over to Truth Home and a representative from The Well was also there, the DA's office said.
