A man accused of peeping on women in a restaurant bathroom in Luzerne County will get prison time.

Juan Prieto of Hazleton was sentenced to two to four years in state prison.

Prieto pleaded no contest to three counts of child pornography after police say he was caught in the ceiling over the women’s restroom at Luigi’s Pizzeria in Mountain Top.

Officials say Prieto fled when he was noticed but dropped his phone during his escape.

Authorities say the phone was filled with videos of female children under the age of 13 and adult women in the bathroom.

A no-contest plea means Prieto did not admit guilt but is sentenced as if he did.

He was ordered to have no contact with the victims, other minors, or places minors may be.

Prieto is also not a U.S. citizen and may face deportation.
