Mike Linden's Forecast | Sloppy, chilly start to the week delays Spring feel in NEPA
After a couple of days in the 70s and even low 80s in some spots...here we are...again. A powerful, slow moving cold front arrived Sunday afternoon which has brought the cold, cloud cover and rain back to NEPA. The winds were quite gusty to start Monday too as the rain showers continue to hang around overnight and into Tuesday. As cold air continues to filter into the region we may even see some light snow flakes overnight. I don't think anything accumulates but wacky April is back again!
Tuesday through Thursday will be quite a drag considering how excellent the end to the work week was last week. All three days will hang around the mid to low 50s, mid 40s for Tuesday as the sky stays overcast. Rain showers look to hang around too. Nothing looks particularly heavy for any of these days but could prove to make for a sloppy start to the work week.
Warmer air returns later this week and into the weekend as temperatures recover into the upper 50s, low 60s.
