Girardville man behind bars after fleeing from police
GIRARDVILLE, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY (WOLF-TV) —
A wanted Schuylkill County man is now behind bars, accused of aggravated assault and resisting arrest.
Police say Christopher Weston was in a car that was blocking traffic.
When officials got to the scene, they say Weston fled on foot.
Authorities say they eventually caught him on Richard Street, but not before he physically resisted arrest.
Weston had an outstanding warrant for unauthorized use an automobile.
He's now facing numerous charges.
