Details in Toohil PFA revealed
HARRISBURG (WOLF) -- Disturbing details are now being made public in the protection from abuse order filed by State Rep. Tarah Toohil against fellow State Rep. Nick Miccarelli.
In that order filed Friday, Toohil says back in 2012, Miccarelli pointed a gun at her while threatening to kill her and himself by crashing his car while driving 100 miles per hour.
She also says after breaking up with him, he continuously stalked and harassed her to the point where she stapled a note to her life insurance policy instructing that if she died, Miccarelli should be investigated.
Toohil says she's remained silent over the years in fear that when the story is released Miccarelli will kill her, himself, and others.
According to our newsgathering partners at the Times Leader, Miccarelli was not in Harrisburg today for the start of the spring legislative session, complying with the order.
The Dauphin County District's Attorney's office is investigating both Toohil's and another woman's abuse claims against Miccarelli.
